This is why you should keep your camera ready to go at a moment’s notice. That in turn is why the Long-Suffering Wife doesn’t think twice or make a comment when I sprint toward the door grabbing the camera as I go by and then wander back in ten minutes later.
The bad news is that with the clouds thicker in the east, we may have a limited view of the “SOOOUUUUUPER MOOOOOOOOOON!”
It’s also sad to see people out walking their dogs, surprising them by running around like a lunatic taking pictures, which causes them to look to see what I’m taking pictures of, at which point they just go “Meh!” and walk on.
C’mon folks, it’s a gorgeous little planet you get to live on! Pay attention, there’s going to be a quiz!

Nope, I guess that great minds just think alike! After I posted this, I did see some folks tweeting spectacular pictures of the sunset at Dodger Stadium.
